VIRGIN ISLANDS Leeward Islands used in Virgin Islands 1891 (9 Mar.) envelope registered from Tortola to Munich, bearing 1890 1d. and 1/- in combination with Virgin Islands 1866 perf. 12 1d., 1878 perf. 14 1d., 1879-80 1d. and 1883-84 1/2d. yellow-buff and 1/2d. dull green, all neatly cancelled "A91" and showing Tortola c.d.s.
