VIRGIN ISLANDS 1879-84 Keyplate Issues Covers 1887 (5 Jan.) envelope registered to Germany, bearing 1883-84 1/2d. dull green, 1d. pale rose and 21/2d. ultramarine in combination with 1866 6d. rose, 1867-70 4d. lake-red on pale rose paper and 1867 frames superimposed 1/- black and rose-carmine, all cancelled "A91" and showing "R" in oval h.s., Tortola "straight-line" c.d.s. and London Registered oval d.s. in red, all on face, Leipzig arrival c.d.s. on reverse.
