†A Soldier's Pickelhaube and other items, A black leather helmet with brass edging to front peak, slightly domed chinscales of officer's quality, with a gold/blue/red cockade on each side, brass spike on circular base, the helmet now mounted with the Arms of Ecuador in gilding metal; together with a dirk of Piper's Mk II style, in black leather scabbard with nickel mounts; and a small fringed banner of yellow cotton, embroidered with the Union flag and other devices, in a glazed frame with label on reverse inscribed "12th FOOT", (THE EAST SUFFOLK REGIMENT) 1781 (3) Estimate £ 100-150
