Great Britain 1667 entire letter addressed to Rotterdam, the address panel with ink manuscript "pd to Lond 5d" and red pencil "XI" (Dutch postage due endorsement), the reverse showing fine strike of the black "IY/12" Bishop Mark; some slight soiling, otherwise fine.
