Lombardy and Venetia 1850 (1 June) Hand-Made Paper 10c. nero with large margins all round, cancelled by venizia/11/2 c.d.s. on wrapper paying the double rate to Milano, showing arrival c.d.s. and similar on reverse; at right of stamp there is an outline of another stamp having been removed, however, this would appear to be correct double rate franking using a 10c.
