†Modena 1852 (1 Jan.) Issue — 5c. verde oliva (3, one showing "cnet" error) and 25c. camoscio chiaro (some adhesives slightly overlapping) on 1856 (7 Dec.) entire letter addressed to Milan, mixed margins, generally large to enormous, and cancelled by rhomboid postmarks of Modena with c.d.s. and company handstamp alongside and with the arrival backstamps. One adhesive with small imperfection from overlapping the cover, otherwise fine and a rarity. Signed A.Diena, E.Diena and F.Grioni. Sass. 8, 8f, 4; €8750. Photo Estimate £ 200-300
