Italian States Sardinia — 5c. verde smeraldo scuro pair together with 20c. celeste vivace and 40c. vermiglio rosa pair, used on large piece and cancelled by Torino c.d.s., 1858 10c. terra d'ombra giallgnolo, 20c. indaco scuro and 40c. rosso scarletto on piece cancelled by Genova c.d.s., 5c. verde smeraldo scuro pair with 20c. celeste vivace (showing portions of adjacent stamps on two sides and slight double impression) on piece, 5c. verde oliva pair and 5c. verde scuro shades, two pairs and a strip of three, 10c. in a selection of seventy-five singles and two pairs in a variety of shades, mostly with good to large margins, 20c. with a large variety of printings and shades all neatly cancelled and with good to large margins, 40c. with a wide variety of printings and shades, mostly with good to large margins; the balance comprising issued stamps, ministerial remainders, printers waste, some with double or triple impressions.
