Sardinia 1858-63 Fourth Issue 5c. verde, 80c. arancio carico and Kingdom of Italy 1863 15c. azzurro on 1863 (3 Jan.) blue entire addressed to Buenos Aires "via Southampton", the 80c. is just touched near one corner, otherwise with large margins and tied by Pier d'Arena c.d.s. and bearing transit marks of Genoa-Turin T.P.O., and London. The letter was carried on the French steamer 'Oneida' which sailed from Southampton to Rio de Janeiro on 1st February. There is a horizontal filing crease which does not detract from this appealing, three-colour franking, the 15c. used on the third day of issue. Sass. 13, 17; 11. Photo Estimate £ 2,500-3,000
