Niger Coast 1893 (Dec.) Provisionals "half" (91/2mm.)/"penny" (121/2mm.) spaced 11/2mm. apart with bar (141/2mm.) ending below the stop. S.G. Type 3 — On 2d. grey-green and carmine horizontal pair, the right-stamp variety surcharge diagonal, the left-stamp surcharged with "half/penny" (Type 9), fine mint. A very rare se-tenant pair. R.P.S.
