†Natal 1857-61 Embossed Issue 9d. blue, a large example (29x37mm.) with margins all round, fair embossing and of fresh colour and with part original gum. Trivial imperfections though an exceptionally rare stamp, being one of only two unused examples known and the only one in private hands, the other being in the Royal collection.
