Madagascar British Consular Mail 1886 with "postage" 291/2mm. long, no stops after "postage" and value, handstamped "british/consular/mail/antananarivo" 2d. rose and 41/2d. rose, each neatly cancelled with with five horizontal bars in red and in violet respectively; the 41/2d. creased, otherwise fine.
