Italian States. Napoleonic Kingdom of Italy. Corona de Fer. Knight's breast badge. Gold, silver and dark blue enamel with light gilt medallion of Napoleon facing left, 34 x 23mm. 500 awarded. Most of the Italian insignia were destroyed in exchange for the Austrian Iron Crown after 1816. Very rare. On ribbon. Enamel loss at two crown tips. Very Fine.
