Military General Service Medal, 1793-1814. 8 clasps: "Talavera", "Busaco", "Ciudad Rodrigo", "Salamanca", "Vittora", "St. Sebastian", "Nivelle" and "Nive" (LUDOLPH BENING, CORPL 2ND LINE BN R.G.L.). Born in Hildesheim, Hannover, Corporal Ludolph Bening, served in the 2nd Battalion of the Line, King's German Legion for 14 years and 72 days. He received a severe wound with a musket ball in the right foot in the battle of Waterloo and was honorably discharged February 1, 1816. On ribbon. Once polished. Toned over some old contact marks. Extremely Fine. Comes with documentation.
