Great Britain. Winston Churchill Memorial Medals, 1965. Silver (.925), 57mm. 83.2 gms; and Bronze, 64mm. The latter apparently a trial strike with a 58mm raised inner edge and a 64mm outer edge. By Joseph I. Hazeldine. Edward Jones Ltd, Birmingham. Bust ¾ left; RT. HON. SIR WINSTON CHURCHILL K.G. O.M. C.H. M.P. 1874-1965, revs. Silver: Hallmarks, Bronze: blank. The silver example's toning broken on reverse by former tape adhesion. Brilliant Uncirculated; also a smaller, 40mm uniface Bronze utilizing the same portrait. Reverse scuff. AU. (3)
