Henri II (1519-1559), King of France 1547. Medal, 1552. Gilt Bronze, 54mm. Laureate and armored bust right, wearing the collar of the Order of St. Michael, rev. Eight-line legend lauding French military successes in its war against the Holy Roman Empire during 1552 over the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza, and date within wreath.
