Ancient India. Vidarbha. Punchmarked coinage. Trio of AR ½ Karshapana, ca. 5th-4th Century BC. 1.55 gms. Elephant left, whorls and annulets twice, and branch; 1.72 gms. Elephant left, multi-armed whorl with annulet and pellets twice, and taurine with annulet; 1.66 gms. Elephant left, turtle-like creature, four crescents and pellets around annulet twice. Latter two with light earthen green deposits. Very Fine. (3)
