Hand-painted front and rims, body in bluish eggshell white, battle honors through 1918 on front, signed C.A. Collins, brass. No maker's plate or marks. One thin break to outer rim of top skin with a little speckling, otherwise near Mint. Ex National Toy Soldier Museum Collection.
