(x) NGC AU55 | Edward IV, First Reign (1461-1470), Light Coinage, Rose Noble or 'Ryal', Type VIIIa, 1467-1470, Tower, King standing in ship, holding sword and shield, rev. rose-atop radiant sun over floriated cross, crowns and leopards in angles, small trefoils in spandrels, 7.50g, 2h, i.m. crown (Schneider I, 358ff; North 1549; Spink 1951), traces of light cleaning, otherwise toned with a faint trace of crimping, a bolder very fine, in NGC holder, graded AU55 (Cert. #6295509-002)
