"21" engraved above, "16.3 / 75" engraved to left, "31.3 / 76" to right, "A.S. / L.P." engraved center gate opening. Rectangular ribbon clasp neatly added at 12:00. This commemorative medal was converted to an Award or Memento medal later in the reign of Pius IX. Toned. About Uncirculated.
