Partially printed Land Grant Certificate, 15 x 12 ½", IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF TEXAS" head, Austin, December 12, 1857, granting 320 acres of land in Young County, Texas to the Texas Emigration and Land Company. Governor Elisha Marshall Pease signs below. Stephen Crosby, Commissioner of the General land Office signs to the left. Clerk's certification on lined paper affixed to back. Fine.
