Prime Minister of Laos several times from 1951-1975, leader of the Neutralist faction, son of Bounkhong, last vice-king of Luang Prabang and nephew of King Sisavang Vong. Trio of Autograph Signatures. Official Season's greeting card from the Prince, and from Souvanna as Prime Minister, both of which he signs in blue flair; and a UNICEF Season's Greetings card on which has been added "avec les" - and "de leurs altesses le Prince Souvanna Phouma et la Princesse" - the Prince signs in black below.
