"To be awarded to first aviator who shall make a non-stop flight in a heavier-than-air machine from an airport of a capital European city to Philadelphia within one year from August 4, 1927." Three notices, two entry forms with duplicate, and Nov. 29, 1927 Amendment Notice; The William Fox $75,000 Prize Trans-Pacific Flight. "to be awarded to the first aviator who shall cross the Pacific Ocean in a land or water aircraft (Heavier-than-air) from the western shores of the United Stated [sic] to Sidney, Australia; without stop, within five years from August 1, 1927." Five-page folio notice with rules and regulations from the NAA; The James D. Dole $35,000 Prizes - North America - Honolulu, Hawaii Trans-Pacific Flight. Prizes of $25,000 and $10,000 "to be awarded to the fi4st and second aviators respectively who shall cross the Pacific in a land or water aircraft (heavier than air) from the North American continent to Honolulu, Hawaii without stop, within one year from August 12, 1927." Four-page notice and regulations; and Entry Blank for the 6th Annual Miami All-American Air Races, January 11th, 12th and 13th, 1934". Nice aeroplane vignette. Some with age toning. Very Good-Fine.
