Ernest Thompson Seton (Canadian/American Author and Founding Pioneer of the Boy Scouts of America) (1860-1946) - autograph letter signed, on bifolium stationery (approx 10"x15.5"), addressed to the Editor of St Nicholas, inquiring as to whether Kiping's Jungle Tales appeared in St Nicholas for the first time, and the date on which it did, signed Ernest Seton-Thompson, with drawn "paw" caricature below, a common addition Seton - a wildlife artist - made to his signatures. A fine letter.
