The Welsh Regiment. Mess Dress Jacket of Captain P.D. Sampson. 1948. Small to medium. Scarlett cloth jacket with buff facings, metal "Y Ddraig Goch" lapel insignia, three rank stars on each shoulder; scarlet vest with gold braid frogging, black bowtie and white "tuxedo" shirt. Minor scuffs to lapels, otherwise well-preserved.
