Roman Imperial. Constantius II (337-361). AV Solidus, struck 355-357. Rome. 4.22 gms. Pearl-diademed, helmeted and cuirassed bust ¾ right, spear over shoulder holding shield adorned with stellate pattern, rev. Roma and Constantinopolis enthroned holding shield between them inscribed VOT XXX / MVLT XXXX; RSME flanked by palms in ex. RIC 293. Light graffiti in obverse field. Very Fine.
