Oversize, 5pp, on velum, affixed paper seals; and 1883 indenture, 7pp on velum for the sale of parcels of land at Melbourne, by Robert Wise Richardson Scott, wine merchant of York, and Edward Pulleyn, banker, to Hugh Christie, Esq. of Melbourne Hall. Neatly drawn map on front page; black with red highlighting, green ribbon. Both impressive and Very Fine documents. [2]
