Great Britain. 1913 Pattern Bayonet. American manufacture, by Remington. For use in the Middle East. Wooden grip with two incised central lines. Maker's mark, date 1913, 3 17; acceptance marks at ricasso. Longer muzzle ring cross guard. Leather scabbard with metal fitting (marked W.J.H. / B) with round stud. Arabic number "400" on side edge of cross guard, symbol and Arabic number 2-6 on side of pommel. Light rust. Very Fine.
