Set of King Edward VIII Glass Boxes and Trays. Circa 1936. Etched glass. These were meant to be sold for King Edward's coronation, but he abdicated before he was crowned king. Box: Chipped on lid, some scratches on bottom of box. h. 1 ½ in.; w. 4 in.; d. 3 in. Trays: Chipped around edges, scratches on bottom, (2). h. ½ in.; w. 4 in.; d. 3 in. [3]. Ex. Carleton Collection.
