Published by the Parliamentary Recruiting Committee, London. Poster No. 16. Henry Jenkinson Ltd., Kirkstall, Leeds. Three horizontal creases, margin split at bottom, light edge bruises evident on back and very minor edge nicks. Good Very Fine and Rare.
