Austro-Hungary. Ceremonial Bicorne Hat. By Moritz Teller, Vienna. Late 19th-early 20th Century. Black felt roped around with gold braid ending in a double pendant with crowned Franz Josef monogram, black ostrich plume. Maker's imprint interior with small tab with "55". In original carrying case, (some of the latch hardware missing). Overall, well-preserved.
