The rarity of this issue can be deduced from the fact that an uncut sheet of $1-1-1-2 remainder notes from this bank brought $3,290 in the January 2015 Heritage sale. The bank became the Allegheny National Bank and redeemed almost all of the obsolete notes that were outstanding.
