Most of the value lies in the fact that the collection contains many complete sets, including scarce and valuable higher denominations in Choice to Gem Uncirculated condition. A quick glance reveals Belgium P-146 Choice to Gem Uncirculated; European Union P-1 through P-7 all with Serial Number S00000001906 Choice to Gem; Germany, Federal Republic, P-44a and P-45a Choice Uncirculated; Italy P-99b Choice Uncirculated, and many other similar items.
