The elaborate hand shaped pendants, featuring a large heart shaped diamond above the wrist and smaller heart shaped diamond on the palm with cabochon red garnet to the pinkie finger. Each hand and cuff decorated throughout with multiple small round-cut diamonds. Hook settings for pierced ears. Unmarked. One garnet synthetic. Length 3.5cm.
