A green "100" underprint is near the center. The imprint at the bottom reads "Gen George M. McCartee Chief of Bureau. Engraved & Printed at the Bureau Engraving & Printing. Geo. W. Casilear, Supt of Engraving." Approximately 23 1/2" x 20". Silked on the back, and there are stains in the top margin. A suitable matte and frame would cover the stains.
