Long tear from bottom center edge, top edge tear, bruises; "Are You 100% American? Prove It! Buy U.S. Government Bonds Third Liberty Loan", US eagle with flags. Edge pull-away tear bottom right edge, nicks, small edge tears; and "Remember Belgium - Buy Bonds Fourth Liberty Loan", silhouette caricature of German soldier dragging young girl by her wrist, burning town in background. Heavy quarterfold, tear from left edge to center, top and bottom tears. Decent color.
