Cut Cancelled. With the overall appearance of a Choice Uncirculated example. The watermark is remarkably clear.

Dr. Alfred L. Elwyn grew up to be a staunch Philadelphia abolitionist. (See the previous note for an explanation of why his vignette was used on this note.)
