Portrait Miniature of an Elegant Young Woman. European, 19th-early 20th Century. Approx. 67 x85mm inset in an inner 4 ½ x 5 ½" frame of bone and floral inlay, brown fabric matted in a gold wash frame, 9 x 10". A fair young gentlewoman, a floral garland on her coiffure, holding a basket of flowers, signed. Two small pieces of bone missing on side, a few hairlines, and cloudy spot on glass.
