White enamel dial with brass and black metal hands, elaborate black enamel and brass Roman numerals with additional minute numerals. Back of case bearing intricate star design mounted with two blue enamel motifs. Design surrounded by black enamel petals punctuated with amber, green, blue and white enamels. Stamped 'RUBIS' and 'Geneve'.
