German States. Prussia. Guard Infantry 1895 Model Pickelhaube. Black leather body topped by brass spike with studded round mount; frontplate displays Prussian eagle with outstretched wings, Guards' motto Suum Cuique on its breast. Leather chinstrap with kokarde at sides, plain rear spine. Nine-finger black leather liner fully intact. Some tiny chips of kokarde, but far better than usually found. A Fine and attractive helmet.
