Ten-page folio on vellum, indenture between Joseph Pitt of Eastcourt, first part, George William Frederick, second part and William Vizard of the third part, 29 May 1830. Joseph Pitt (1759-1842), a lawyer of humble origins, became well known for his success in property speculation, he also served as Tory MP for Cricklade (1812-1831). A Fine document.
