Bust of Teddy Roosevelt ¾ left; FOR TWO YEARS CONTINVOVS SERVICE ON THE PANAMA CANAL, rev. View of the Culegra Cut in the finished Canal with steamers passing through, Contractor's Hill at right, "THE LAND DIVIDED THE WORLD UNITED" incuse above; PRESENTED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES around, "No 195 1904-06" engraved below.
