The Picture of Dorian Gray, FIRST EDITION, number 237 of 250 copies. this copy with a period after "P" of "Picture", "Dorian" and "Gray" on title, some dust-soiling on the page edges, publisher's boards, title and gilt "butterflies" design on the cover. The original spine, missing its lower portion, is reinforced. 4to, Ward, Lock, and Co., 1891.
