CSA. T-21. $20. Sept. 2, 1861. Cr. 146. PF-6. No.8706. W. Alexander Stephen. Green underprint. CSA block watermark. Error note. Several small diagonal folds were in the paper before the green printing occurred. When the folds were opened, blank areas resulted. The top border looks as if it was split in two, as does the top right die counter. Errors such as this are rarely seen. Fine.
