CSA. T-11. $5. July 25, 1861. Cr. 45. PF-5. No.45509. Bb. Sailor, left. Liberty, eagle, and shield. Thick paper. "ies" at the end of the first line in the upper left clause. Fine details. Internal fold splits, edge splits. In the large Fricke book, Pierre list only three notes in the census - our example is the finest known (reported as "VG"). The other two are "AG, backing," and "G or so, POC." This variety was missing from all of the great collections including Doug Ball's.
