Rare Double Error on a Fr.2029D 1990 $10 Federal Reserve Note. Hamilton. Green seal. No.D20992708A. H. After the back and front were correctly printed the sheet of notes this example was printed on was placed in the overprinting press upside down. This resulted in the inverted seals and serial numbers. The first error was compounded when the sheet was misalligned in the cutting machine, resulting in the front and back images appearing nearly 1/4" to low. A portion of the bottom border of a second note shows across the top on both the front and back of this example. Uncirculated, with minor teller handling.
