1858 Large Letters Flying Eagle Cent. Uncirculated. The strike on the obverse is reminiscent of a Proof, but the surfaces are not reflective. Perhaps cleaned long ago, and there is some residue present around the major design element. This example would be a good candidate for professional conservation.
