Parthian Hegemony. Phraates IV (ca. 38-2 BC). Billon Tetradrachm, dated Peritios (?) SE 287 (January 25 BC). 12.86 gms. Diademed, draped bust left, royal wart on forehead, rev. Phraates enthroned right, Athena standing before presenting him with a diadem, and holding cornucopiae, month and year in ex. Cf.
