1850 Inaugural Presentation 9 -Coin Set. First year's complete coinage series of the Confederation: 1 and 2 Rappen in copper; 5, 10, 20 Rappen and 1/2 Franc, 1Franc, 2 Francs and 5 Francs in silver, Paris ("A") and Strasbourg ("BB") mints.

Extremely rare and all in the finest MS condition. Five out of the nine coins are the highest graded and the other 4 are the second highest graded in the PCGS Population.

This splendid unique "ensemble" comes with the original presentation box (interior blue velvet, exterior dark green and gold with the emblematic Swiss cross in red) in very good condition.

Extremely rare in this condition.

Noteworthy are the silver 1/2, 1, 2 and 5 Francs, all graded MS67 or above, with gem striking details and patina. An unique opportunity to own an historical testimony of Switzerland's first Confederation coinage of the finest condition!
