Naval Log of the HMS Canopus. 1914-1915. 16-page typescript detailing World War I naval action in Plymouth, Falklands, Dardenelles and elsewhere. "The cliffs here rose steeply from a narrow beach and no praise can do justice to the valor and determination with which they have been stormed and carried." Included is a form from Eugene R. Evans, Captain of the Repuki, certifying that Leonard C. W. Harrington served satisfactorily as First Class Engineer. Also included is a note, on Admiralty House, Chatham stationery, from Admiral Kinder. Must be seen, sold as is, no return.
