Mother of Pearl handle, gilt hilt guard ends in goose head entering lion's mouth on pommel, ornate front sword guard emblazoned with Arms; 29 ¼" blade decorated with gold etched banners and floral patterns, maker's name near hilt. Black leather wrapped scabbard with brass fittings, the top with crowned Franz Josef monogram. A handsome courtly weapon. Extremely Fine.
